Chicken Malai Kebab: Ingredients -  Boneless chicken (500gm, cut into small pieces) Cream (1 cup) Hung curd (1/2 cup) Green chili paste (1 teaspoon) White pepper powder (1 teaspoon) Black pepper powder (1/2 teaspoon) Nutmeg powder (1 pinch) Salt Lemon juice (2 teaspoon) Butter Wooden kebab stick Process -   Marinate the chicken pieces with lemon juice for 30 mins. Now add the other ingredients without butter and salt. Mix it  and keep the marination in fridge for 2 hours. Now soak the wooden kebab sticks for 2 hours After 2 hours take the mixture out and put the salt and butter in it and mix it well. Now put 5-6 pieces of chicken in one stick.ready all the sticks. Now heat a frying pan ant add 2 teaspoon butter in it. Put the stick in and cook for 5 mins. Now let the another side cook for 5 mind. Bush melted butter on the chicken. Now cook it for another 5 min each side. Serve it hot with green chutney.

BASANTI PULAU: Ingredients -  Basmati rice (800 gm.for 5 people) Ghee (1cup) Cashew nuts (50gm) Yellow food colour Whole red chili (4-5) Cinnamon (4-5 stick) Cardamom (5-6) Cloves (4-5) Bay leaves (4-5) Sugar Salt Water (double amount than rice) Process -  wash rice and soak it for 2 hours now strain rice and mix 2-3 pinch of food colour to it and let it dry. now put 1cup ghee in pa  and heat it. Now put the whole red chili,bay leaves,cinnamon,cardamom,cloves in it. Now put the dried rice in and fry it well. Now add the water in the rice and salt as per taste. cover the pan and let the rice cook for 15-20 mins. now check it and cover it again. After 10 mins check the rice again and put the sugar in and mix it well and cover it again for 5 min. now add the cashew nuts and mix it. serve it hot...

Easy process to make awesome Firni: Ingredients -  1. Rice soaked (1 cup) 2. 1 lit milk 3. Chopped cashew, almonds (any dry fruits) 4. sugar (1 cup ) 5. salt (1 pinch) 6. condensed milk (1/2 cup) Process - Take the soaked rice and grind in in a smooth paste. Take the milk in bowl and let it boil. Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 pinch salt in the milk and again boil it. Now add the paste of rice and stir it well. Now add condensed milk and chopped dry fruits. Now let it be cooled. Your tasty Firni is ready to get served.

Preparation of Mustard Hilsa-Bengali Sorshe Ilish : Ingredients -  Hilsa fish (8-10 piece), Turmeric powder (1 teaspoon),  green chili (8-10),  mustard seed (5-6 tablespoon),  poppy seed (3-4 tablespoon), mustard oil (half cup),  salt for taste ,  water (1 cup) Procedure -  soak the mustard seed and poppy seed in little water. Add 5-6 green chilies,1 teaspoon turmeric powder and salt to taste in the soaked seeds. Make a fine paste of the mixture. Heat mustard oil in a pan and put the fish and sauté for less than 1 minute. Put the paste, 4-5 green chilies and 1 cup water. Cover the pan and cook it for 10-15 minutes and adjust salt. Now pour 1-2 tablespoon mustard oil and serve
